It was announced today that Canadian/Egyptian actor Mahmoud Amon will be starring as the role of Narubu™ the helmsman of the Allegiance. Producer Susan Michaels said this should really help us out with our minority content, and as a bonus he looks good in blue make-up. Mahmoud is quoted as saying, “I love it, I love all the heavy prosthetics etc. I am looking forward to shaving my head for this role and really getting into it”. Mahmoud is a theatre actor in Toronto, Canada, so this production should really help his career.
