In this concept art we see Captain John Mac and his crew in an almost Japanimation style comic book. Director Matt Sparrow was quoted as saying, “This direction is way too cutesy and not dark enough… this is a a fucking sci-fi epic not a episode of Pokemon”, looks like they will take a more serious approach with the comic than this one.
